2008: Hazelton, coming off a breakout showing in 2007, returns for his second season as a starting wide receiver as a junior in 2008. He had minor abdominal surgery prior to 2008 spring practice.

2007: Hazelton started most of his 2007 sophomore season at wide receiver (flanker) and emerged as one of USC's key pass catchers. Overall in 2007 while appearing in all 13 games (starting 9 times), he had 50 receptions (second on USC) for 540 yards (10.8 avg.) and 4 TDs and also had a 12-yard run. He started the Idaho opener and then USC's final 8 games at flanker. His 50 catches in 2007 is 25th on USC's season list.

He had 4 receptions for 44 yards (including a spectacular 1-handed, 1-yard TD grab) against Idaho. He had a 2-yard catch at Nebraska, then added 6 receptions for 47 yards with a 20-yard TD against Washington State. He had a 6-yard catch at Washington, then added 4 catches for 58 yards against Stanford and 3 catches for 24 yards against Arizona. He had 3 receptions for 80 yards (including a zigzagging 48-yard TD) at Notre Dame. He caught a game-high and career-best 8 passes for 88 yards at Oregon. He had a game-high 5 catches for 53 yards against Oregon State, then had 4 catches for 50 yards at California and 5 receptions for 36 yards at Arizona State (he also gained 12 rushing yards on a lateral pass). He had 5 catches for 47 yards against UCLA. He had a 5-yard reception against Illinois.

2006: Hazelton was a backup wide receiver as a freshman in 2006, his first year at USC. Overall while appearing in 11 games (all but Nebraska and UCLA), he caught an 8 yard pass (against Washington) and ran a reverse 7 yards (at Oregon State).

HIGH SCHOOL: He was a 2005 Super Prep Elite 50, Prep Star Dream Team, ESPN 150, Super Prep All-American, Prep Star All-American, EA Sports All-American third team, U.S. Army All-American Game participant, Super Prep All-Mid Atlantic Offensive MVP and Prep Star All-Atlantic choice as a senior wide receiver and defensive back at Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham (Va.). He had 41 receptions for 942 yards (23.0 avg.) with 13 TDs in 2005.

As a junior in 2005 at Moore Catholic High in State Island (N.Y.), he caught 39 passes for 784 yards (20.1 avg.) with 17 TDs, ran for 240 yards with 4 scores and posted 38 tackles, 3 sacks and 2 interceptions for TDs.
